What happens when I arrive?

When you arrive, there’s time to slow down.
We begin with a conversation about you…not just how you’re feeling physically, but the whole you.
From there, your ritual is guided in the moment.
There’s no rush here.

What if I don’t relax?

Accepted Answer

You don’t need to arrive feeling relaxed.
Most women don’t.
They arrive holding everything together…and it can take a little time for the body to catch up.

That’s where I come in.
It’s my job to create a space where you can begin to feel at ease.

Every detail is taken care of for you.
This isn’t walking into a busy salon, waiting in reception, and jumping straight off the table at the end.

There’s a slower pace here.

Most women begin to soften within the first few moments…but there’s no pressure for that to happen straight away.

Once you’re on the table, I’m paying close attention to your body —your breath, your tension, the way you’re holding.

And I work with that…gently guiding you into a more restful, restorative state.

What makes  óm holistic different?

Everything we do is rooted in ritual, guided by intuition and crafted for the whole you. Our treatments are not templates; facials that speak to the skin and nervous system, massage that soothes muscles and emotion, reflexology that reawakens balance and shared rituals for sacred connection. Each moment is tailored in the present, ensuring an experience that goes beyond relaxation. We have been recognised as a finalist for Wellness Therapist of the Year 2024 and Holistic Therapist of the Year 2025, a testament to the care and craft behind every session

Who do you treat?

Our therapies are designed with adult women (over 16) at the centre, but there are exceptions:
The Garden Studio in Leeds – this space is reserved exclusively for  female clients. It’s a deeply private environment intended for individual sessions, without a waiting room or space for companions.
The Bothy in Harrogate – here we can welcome up to two      guests. Men are welcome when accompanied by a woman; our  “Two Souls, One Sanctuary” ritual is a shared experience      for sisters, mothers and daughters, or couples of any gender. These longer  rituals invite you and your companion to sink into the slower rhythm of  the Bothy’s natural surroundings.

Are LGBTQ+, trans or non-binary people welcome?
Yes. óm holistic is a sanctuary for all identities. The treatments are designed for female‑identifying clients (including trans and non‑binary people who feel comfortable in a women‑centred space).  We honour and respect the diversity of our clients and want everyone to feel safe and seen—please reach out if you have any questions about how we can best support you.

Question 6

Can I bring my dog or pet?

Well‑behaved dogs are very welcome at The Bothy. The retreat sits in open countryside with plenty of local walks, so feel free to bring your four‑legged companion—but please let us know in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly. The Garden Studio cannot accommodate pets due to its small size and lack of a waiting room.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes – gifting rest and ritual is one of our favourite things. We offer physical gift vouchers in £50, £75 and £100 denominations. These can be posted directly to the recipient or sent to you to present in person, are valid for a full year, and can be redeemed against any treatment. Physical vouchers cannot be redeemed online; to use one, simply call us to book and bring the voucher with you to your appointment.
If you prefer an instant digital gift card, you can purchase one through our Fresha booking system. Digital cards are delivered via email as a code and can be redeemed online. Both options allow your loved one to choose the ritual that speaks to them most.

Question 8

Is your space shared with anyone else?

Accepted Answer

No.  Each booking is for your private use and no other clients will be in the room during your treatment.  Unlike many massage rooms tucked above hairdressers or off a busy high street, both of our sanctuaries are stand‑alone spaces designed for tranquillity.  The Garden Studio in Leeds is a single cocoon‑like treatment room with no waiting area—it sits at the bottom of a garden rather than above a salon, so you will have the studio entirely to yourself.  
The Bothy in Harrogate is set on the grounds of Spa Bottom Farm and welcomes one or two guests at a time; when you book a ritual here the entire space and its cosy lounge are yours for the duration, whether you come alone or with a friend or partner.  We never run treatments back‑to‑back in the same room and your peace and confidentiality are always respected.

Where are you based and how do I find you?

We welcome you to two sanctuaries in Yorkshire, each with its own pace and approach:
The Garden Studio      – Moortown, Leeds (LS17 6NU) – our original cocoon‑like studio sits on Stainburn Crescent in Moortown. It is  easily reached by public transport; bus      routes 2, 3, 3A, 12 and 36 stop nearby.  Coming by car, head north out of Leeds towards Moortown Corner and  Chapel Allerton; Stainburn Crescent is just off the A61/Harrogate Road. If you pass by the Stainburn Parade of shops, onto Stainburn Drive then take a right onto stainburn crescent. Parking is available on the street, but please note that this intimate studio does not have a waiting room –  treatments here are for one person at a time, so please arrive at your      appointment time.
The Bothy – Spa Bottom Farm,Rudding Estate, Haggs Rd, Harrogate HG3 1EQ – our retreat space is tucked away on the grounds of Spa Bottom Farm on the Rudding  Estate in Harrogate. From the south (travelling north on the A1/M1), exit at Wetherby and take the A661 towards Harrogate; at      the Spofforth roundabout bear left towards Follifoot, then turn left onto Haggs Road;  Spa Bottom Farm is about 1½ miles along on the left.  From the north (travelling south on the A1/M1), exit at the York  turn‑off and follow the A658 towards Bradford; continue over the A661 and take the second left onto Haggs Road; the farm is  about ¾ mile along on the right.     
The Bothy is in unit 3, you will see a signpost/map of the various places in the farm, unit 3 The Bothy is shown on a map next to the car park.  There is free parking on site and a cosy lounge. When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation with the exact address, parking details and entry      instructions.

Question 10

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Some women arrive in everyday clothes…others like to bring something softer to change into.
You’re very welcome to bring your own pyjamas if that helps you feel more relaxed.
You’ll have complete privacy to undress to your level of comfort, and you’ll be fully draped throughout your ritual.
There’s no rush here.
