I believe that the truly therapeutic effects of a facial can only be achieved when the practitioner has complete scientific knowledge of the skin, skeletal and neuromuscular functions and has trained to a high level. And of course a set of beautiful essential oils and skincare products.

• Unwinding starts here, cocooned on a heated bed, wrapped in the finest eco lux blanket.

• Aroma matters- I have searched high and low and handpicked our game changing Organic professional skincare supplier. Using 3 beautiful facial aromas, as you shouldn’t underestimate the nose.

• Customised skincare with every treatment. Because we know not all faces fall into the dry, oily, combination category. Using certified Organic and Bioactive, Natural skincare ingredients. If you wouldn't eat it, why let it soak into your skin.

• Detailed touch- fixing the rubbish bits in most facials, pleasant mask application, careful eye make up removal or working around those lashes.

• Then onto the deep-cleanse and exfoliation. Customised to your skin or preference on the day. Either fresh, restorative lemongrass and mandarin, the powerful anti-oxidant Japanese Ocha or skin repairing and calming Organic Rose. This is where you truly begin to unwind.

• The massage; the bit everyone enjoys the most. At óm holistic I feel this is the most enriching experience as part of a facial. Those moment's you are so deeply relaxed you almost fall sleep. We know you carry tension in the neck, shoulders and head, using ancient techniques such as lymphatic drainage, acupressure and touch we ensure you get a deeper connection with your sense of self.
