Why are Facials part of Holistic wellness ?

As the cool, creamy mask was gently smoothed over my face, I closed my eyes and let out a contented sigh. This was my happy place. The smell of essential oils and the soothing background music of ocean waves combined to transport me to a place of relaxation and rejuvenation.

I could feel the tension in my jaw and neck melting away, leaving me with a sense of lightness and peace. And the end result was always worth it - a glowing, radiant complexion that left me feeling confident and beautiful.

But facials were more than just a personal indulgence. As a beauty enthusiast, I appreciated the science behind each treatment, from the cleansing and exfoliating to the nourishing and hydrating.

Facials weren't just a cosmetic treatment. They were a way to show myself some love, to connect with my body and mind, and to feel truly beautiful from the inside out.

Facials were a luxury for me, often booked on a Spa weekend or as a treat close to my birthday. With a demanding schedule, taking the time to slow down and care for my skin was a secondary thought. When I started training in beauty therapy this was the area I enjoyed the most. forget painting nails I thought, I can help people feel amazing and look after there skin.

Once I delved deeper, I learned how to practice facial reflexology, lymph drainage, facial massage, head massage and gua sha.

I now combine the best relaxing spa facial experience with natural, organic, crueltry free and vegan products. I use a fresh ingredienats such as fruit, herbs and spices as well as dry flowers and essentail oils. To not only look after your skin, but relax you body and mind too. From a deep cleanse, to a bespoke mask and a face massage, you'll spend 60 minutes in relaxation.
